Job Description POSITION PURPOSE: The Service Technician diagnoses and completes repairs on customer vehicles in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs at a fair cost to the customer. KEY RELATIONSHIPS: The Service Technician reports directly to the Service management team.
